Mic Melta

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Mic Melta was introduced to music by his parents. They played old school music a lot when he was growing up and it gravitated to his soul. When hip hop music came to the surface in the music industry, it entered his life explosively. He enjoyed listening to Big Daddy Kane, EPMD and LL Cool J. He relocated to New Jersey and his passion for music and basketball blossomed more in his life.

Mic Melta was an all-star basketball player and he thought sports was the journey he was going to take for his life. However, music took ahold of him and he realized that music was his given journey instead.

Mic Melta honed in on his free styling craft, and rapping became second nature to him. He continued for years until he moved to Atlanta, Georgia. This is where he realized he had to learn how to write raps to take his career to the next level. He was in a good place, since Atlanta was dimed the hub of hip hop music.

Mic Melta took his career to another level when he learned how to become a music engineer, and engineered his own music. After some time, he grew confident with his craft and joined up with Mr. Exclusive in creating solid music compositions.

Two projects have been completed and the second project is scheduled to be released in 2017 titled 3 Kings, Volume 2. Both projects were completely produced by MIC Melta, who is an artist within the 3 Kings. This project has been recorded and was mixed and mastered by MIC Melta, as well.
